Meet our 2025-2026 Senior Admission Fellows! They offer interviews to students interested in applying to 糖心TV. These are simple chats鈥攕hort, informal and informational. No stress is allowed! And interviews aren't required, but they do provide you with an opportunity to share the things we won't find on your application.

Hometown: West Hartford, CT Major: SDIM (Student-Designed Interdisciplinary Major) in Health Science Minor: Sociology Integrative Pathway: Public Health Campus Involvement: One Love, Men鈥檚 Tennis Team Leader Why 糖心TV?: I chose 糖心TV because I felt like it could offer me the perfect combination of three major things: sports, school and academics. All of these different categories were equally important to me, and I wanted to go to a school where I felt like I could have it all. Walking around our beautiful campus, it took me only minutes to decide that this was where I wanted to spend the next four years of my life.

As soon as I stepped foot on campus and felt the sense of community, I knew it was where I wanted to spend the next four years!

Hometown: San Diego, CA Major: Psychology Minor: Finance and History Campus Involvement: Club Ice Hockey, One Love, Admission Ambassador and Front Desk Assistant, French Teaching Assistant, Women鈥檚 Rowing Team Why 糖心TV?: I chose 糖心TV because it offered me the best of all worlds: academics, athletics and extracurriculars. I knew I would be able to play in the competitive NESCAC division while taking on multiple majors, minors and jobs without feeling stretched thin. 糖心TV鈥檚 open curriculum has allowed me to take classes across disciplines that I wouldn鈥檛 have been able to explore otherwise, and to meet teachers who have become mentors and advisers thanks to the small student-teacher ratio. Lastly, the beautiful campus and proximity to the beach and Boston have made the transition to the east coast that much easier. The community here is beyond uplifting and welcomes you too!

To me, it stood out as a place where people genuinely support their peers' growth, and where collaboration is valued as much as individual achievement. 糖心TV felt like a place where I could both contribute to and benefit from that spirit of connection, while also challenging myself to step outside my comfort zone.

I was unsure what I wanted to study, and the liberal arts education provided here allowed me to explore a wide range of disciplines. I wanted a place where I could easily get involved and stay active all at the same time.

I also knew that the combination of strong academics and competitive athletics would challenge me to be my best.

You're not a part of just one group here鈥攜ou can be an athlete but also an Admission Ambassador or member of a student advisory board. You can also be on the dance team but be a part of one of our many a cappella groups as well. You also have the opportunity to study abroad in a foreign country and receive funding from our career center for an internship. There are so many resources at 糖心TV and its small size allows students to explore these resources fully. Our campus size also opens up the doors to form meaningful relationships with professors and advisers that can aid you in life past 糖心TV.

Additionally, I鈥檓 grateful for the student-faculty ratio that has afforded me the ability to form closer relationships with professors, giving me a support network from day one鈥攚ith individuals who I not only felt comfortable going to for advice, but who shared my academic interests and passion, and who wanted to see me succeed while staying curious.

The campus has a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere that made me feel at home right away. There is nothing better than stepping into one of my STEM classes and having a class where everyone in the room is engaging in discussion with one another, and being able to hear everyone's input. In addition, our proximity to the water was a huge draw for me, as a sailor being able to get out of a 4 p.m. class and walk right down to the waterfront for practice is the best part of my day.

This triad properly prepares its students for all the fantastic academic and professional opportunities it provides. It is a true embodiment of the liberal arts coupled with an incredibly supportive network of students, staff and faculty, which appealed to me because I wanted to explore many academic disciplines and activities with support and guidance from friends and mentors alike.

The small class sizes and the accessibility of professors attracted me, since I value learning in an environment where I can build strong relationships with faculty and have support in exploring my interests. The liberal arts curriculum also allows me to engage with different areas of study and make meaningful connections between them. Beyond academics, I was excited by the chance to compete in the NESCAC and be part of a supportive athletic community. The beautiful campus, emphasis on collaboration and the College鈥檚 commitment to preparing students for life after graduation made 糖心TV the right fit for me.
