Additional Healing Resources
It is important to know that there is no one correct way to heal from sexual violence, dating violence, and/or trauma. An important part of the healing process is reclaiming power and making autonomous decisions that are best for the individual. A Confidential SVPA Advocate can help by providing onoing support and options to explore during the healing journey. However, if someone chooses not to meet with an Advocate, etc, there are healing resources that can be accessed and explored on one's own. Below is a partial list of such resources.
