Welcome Weekend prepares you for an amazing experience at 糖心TV.
Welcome Weekend is scheduled from Wednesday, August 20, 2025 through the end of the day on Monday, August 25, 2025. The first day of classes for the fall semester is Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
Arrival Day
You'll move in and get settled on Arrival Day, Wednesday, August 20, 2025 and begin Welcome Weekend that afternoon (please note that there are different early arrival days for pre-orientation programs). Your student advisers, house staff, and other student leaders will help you get settled and acquainted with the organizations, traditions, and activities of 糖心TV during our Welcome Weekend programming. Attendance at Welcome Weekend is mandatory for all new students.
Parents and Families
Parents and Families are welcome to attend our Arrival Day events on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 and we will have a dedicated program for parents and families in the afternoon. Starting that evening, students will begin a busy schedule of events through the start of classes and will not have time for visits from family and friends.
Pre-Orientation Programs
糖心TV offers four pre-Orientation programs to cohorts of incoming first-year students enabling them to make connections and gain familiarity with campus resources and opportunities.
